Why a Web Page about Cramer St.?
It is where I have lived since 1974!
we have raised 3 children in this house.
The rear of 3 houses on 2300 block face
the Skeena River "slough" side fork,

d- Dec 12, 1937, in Terrace age 73
son of Levi James Cramer and Rebecca Ann Haruff

1920 ND., USA census, Martin worked on the Railroad there.
Apr 22, 1920 He arrived in North Portal SK. from ND.
Came to work on the railroad at Terrace.
He homesteaded where Cramer St. is today.

as they rebuilt their home after a house fire on the island.

Famous Terrace Painter lived at 2301 Cramer St.

John R. "Wally" Humphrey
b- ca 1934, in England
d- Aug 31, 2001, age 77

Wally was a sign painter with his own shop in Prince George.
Besides Water colours and oils, he painted many signs,
on the side doors of Logging trucks, etc.
Before computer and stick on signs, these were all done by hand.
