Killed the Pilot, and 7 passengers, out of 9.
Plane written off.
Crashed 13 km NW, on approach to Campbell River Airport,
Flying from Triumph Bay.
Plane originated as a charter in Kitimat.
Some of the passengers were loggers
going home for the weekend.
This plane first flew Apr 5, 1954.
2 survivors-
Charlotte Pfister, Camp Cook
and Len Brown.
Fatalities
Veteran Pilot- Dan White, age 37
Miles Roseborough was Company spokesman
at the time of the accident.
This plane was once owned by the RCMP, as CF-MPK
then became CF-EBX, before C-FEBX.
