The ladies that produced the cook book
are listed above.
 

Most of the Bienfait Ads came from an old tattered cookbook
that my Mom had, and probably belonged to my Grandmother
Fannie Gent.  It is printed ca mid 1940's I think
I have from page 9-66
rest, including the cover is missing
There is many names from Bienfait, Roche Percee area
listed in the recipes.
Lots of recipes from other provinces also, 
so not sure who would have produced it.
Ads are on every 2nd page, so that is who
paid to have it done for sure.
Anyway it is a keepsake, and the ads record a bit of history
of the businesses in the Village and town of Bienfait.
