Hi Doug -- here's the JPG of the Band. Not too sure of the year, either 1909 or 10.  My dad, George A. Jamieson, is the first one far right in the middle row.  Don't know the names of anyone else.  He lived with his brother Herbert  "Bert" Jamieson who farmed in the area. Was only there a couple of years before moving on to Edmonton and northern Alberta.  Hope this is of some interest for your Lemberg page.

My mother was born at Lemberg, Saskatchewan in the late 1920's. Her father was born at Freifeld, Galicia, Austria around 1901 to Wasyl Cyca and Ludowica Haas - Cyca. Ludowica's family, Haas, Hamm, and Reising were German Roman Catholics who settled at Freifeld, Galicia and went to church at nearby Cieszanow. This area is now part of the southeast Polish province of Podkarpackie (close to the Ukrainian border). It appears my mother's paternal grandfather, Wasyl Cyca was a Ruthenian (Ukrainian), who might have been from nearby Stary Lubliniec (not sure about this as he seemed to hide or not be vocal of his true ethnic origins). Some in the family thought he was German and others Polish, while all knew he was Roman Catholic, but thought he might have been born Greek Catholic. The kids of this union identified with Roman Catholic religion and German heritage. Is there anyway I can purchase the heritage book for the History of Lemberg and District? Names I am researching?
