operated by W. Brooks
there is a Walter Brooks
 b- July 25, 1899
d- Apr 4, 1991, buried in Bienfait SK
wife- Kustena (Christina) Pukas, they had 5 children,
and lived in Bienfait.
Christina's father Andrew Pukas was a Coal Miner.
was this the W. Brooks shown as operator of this mine?

Sam Lischinsky lived in Bienfait
and operated a General Store there
as well as Jake Lischinsky

They moved from the settlement at Hirsch ca 1920's

Possibly Sam's son, or brother?
Solomon Aaron Lischinsky,
b- Mar 27, 1908 in Montreal, Quebec
d- Jan 26, 1985 in LA, CA
Born to Jewish parents, from Odessa, Russian Empire.
Doctorate from University of Toronto
Worked for the State Department in USA
Moved from Washington DC to a farm in Virginia
then to LA, California
Owned a furniture factory in LA
Manufactured the Tyne-Tot Weaning Cup for babies

then I find 3 Lashinski names, buried in Bienfait Cemetery
Edward age 11, Felix age 75, and Petronella

there is an unknown Lichinski in the Taylorton Cemetery

Have no idea which one owned this mine.

Paluikis is a Lithuanian name is all I know
no clue to owner here.

same for Allan, and Baker
not enough clues here to trace any of these guys.
Until we get into 1935 era census forms
the history will go untold here.
Will research in old Mercury articles
and see if anything in there.
