AND CENTRAL OFFICE

 
 


Stewart Magneto Exchange

Prior to the SXS conversion,
This office was open from 9AM to 5PM
Monday to Friday,
for long distance calls.
Plus a couple of hours each day,
on the weekend.

Original Stewart Radio Office,
was the building on the right with the sloped roof.
It was originally the Stewart Gov’t Telegraph Office.
Our equipment was in the dark rear corner.
The new office was moved in where the fence is on the left.
A garage was added to the right of this building,
for a storage room for I&R and Const materials.
A Radio Room and CO, were moved in
now corner of Brightwell and 5th
