A Closure Party was organized
By the Teachers and Staff of the
Last Hillside School (1965-2003)

They also invited all the Hillside Teachers & Students
from the First Hillside School, (1912-1964)
as well as the former Teachers & Students
of the Last School.
 
It was a Final Farewell for the Hillside Name.
Mr Doug Third put out the call,
 Be at school May 17th, 2003 at 11:30AM Sharp!

Lots of Food, Drinks, and Visiting
Many organizations donated items for the reunion.
The paper signs hanging on the back of the gym
gave each credit for their donation.
Thanks to them all!

Prepared for everything, including a tent

Highlight of the day for me,
was Mr. Doug Third's speech of course
ending with him ringing the old school bell
(see Mr. Third Section)

It was a great day, and one,
no one was sorry, not to attend.
