No Building permit!!
Like Larry says, there is NO Building!!!
There is NO ROOF!
It's a Monument!

This was as far as we could go
until the issue of the building permit was cleared up

is installed.
 

Well we finally got the go ahead to proceed
with construction, and now here are pictures
to prove work is back on track.
