From This Beginning

To This beautiful Memorial
In less than 100 years.

The Building was Constructed
starting in 1912.
Estevan Collegiate Institute,
(ECI),
existed from 1914 to 1969.
The Schools Name was then changed
to Estevan Junior High, (EJH)
It operated from 1969 to 2003.
In March of 2005,
the Building was Demolished.
It was Located at 1610 2nd St.
in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada.
On these pages I have attempted
to record the ECI history of this Building
and then ensure this History is made
available for free on the Internet.
I started this Web Page
 in February 1999,
as a tool to help organize
a huge School Reunion in 2000,
and the past 10 years I have tried
my best to maintain it,
and keep it current.

With the School now gone,
our next project is to Finish the
School Legacy Memorial
overlooking the Souris River Valley,
South of where ECI
once stood so proud.
We Need your donation to Do this!

The quality of the scans
back in 1999/2000 was not as good
